We are Y.E.A. Impact a united alliance of doctors, coaches, consultants, educators, leaders, and volunteers driven by love for children and a refusal to accept a world that leaves them behind.
We are professionals with years of experience in building organizations, leading events, and creating programs. But more importantly, we are people with passion. People who see the pain of children who go unheard, and who cannot stay silent.
We are here to be a support system to walk with children through hardship, to amplify their voices, and to create safe spaces where they are not just helped but celebrated. We are advocates who turn compassion into action, and a family that chose to become a movement. At Y.E.A. Impact, we are not sideline supporters. We are leaders, changemakers, and voices for the voiceless.
Why We Do It
Because too many children are living lives they didn’t choose.
Because newborns are being placed in foster care before they’ve even had a chance to know family.
Because children are fighting cancer and other diseases with courage beyond their years
Because families are collapsing under financial hardship, and children are the ones paying the price..
These kids are not at fault. They did not ask for this. Yet they live with the weight of it every day.
We do this because someone has to fight for them.
Someone has to break the silence.
Someone has to remind these kids that their stories matter, their futures matter, they matter
We do this because we cannot stand by and watch another generation grow up believing they are invisible. We do this because every child deserves love, belonging, and opportunity.
We are not here to try. We are here to transform. To create real, lasting change that children will carry with them for the rest of their lives
